Scheme of thing and they want it out of there. This is also true of Palm Trees etc
My wife wanted two Palm Trees out of there and was willing to pay someone a hundred dollars apiece to remove them.
A guy came by and paid her $100 each for them and even filled in the removal spots.
Found out later he had them sold and had they hauled to Las Vegas 300 plus miles away, I suppose for $1,000 each installed.

You can watch Craig’s etc and someone advertises they want something removed.
Or you run ads you remove them for free etc to get started here.
Best bet may be to offer mature trees, cactus, palms etc installed (or removed)
When you find someone looking for something, then you advertise and try and find it for them. Then you know about the trucks with a giant scoop on them that can dig up a mature tree, haul it dirt and root system and all to a new location. If you are a regular customer, you can likely negotiate a big discount.
Most people wanting a tree do not need it a certain rush time, whereas removals may be in a hurry. You learn the going price for all this and bid accordingly. You need no employees no equipment. You can sub it all out and get paid a percentage etc.
If it all is booming you may make more money if you owned some of the equipment. I would avoid the temptation.
Leave that to someone else......stay flexible
you do not own equipment, it owns you.

This is another one of those businesses you farm everything out to others, for a percentage, you need no investment, only your time and none of that if things are slow. Go with this in high season. Do several other businesses at same time. Go today with whichever is hot.
